Mind Body Fertility Yoga– Whether you’re hoping to conceive in the future, trying now, or have been on this path for a while, the fertility journey can be challenging. This program offers a blend of practical tools and energetic support tailored to your needs. Drawing on the wisdom of fertility yoga, meditation, and somatic coaching, it’s designed to nurture both your mind and body throughout your journey and share space with others. Taught by Marie Gough, a yoga teacher trained with Bliss Baby in Fertility Yoga Levels 1 and 2 teaching this weekly class on Sundays at 4:00pm
Marie Gough teaches this weekly class. She is a trauma-informed yoga teacher with a focus on restorative, yin, hatha and vinyasa. Drawn to the practice for its physical, spiritual and philosophical benefits, she brings a holistic energy to her work so every student expands as a whole being both on the mat and off. She is also a somatic coach and fertility guide giving women the guidance they need for the season they’re in through one-on-one support.

Fertility Yoga Series – Our fertility yoga is a 3-week series designed to nurture and offer tools to support your mind-body connection through safe and supportive yoga poses, mindfulness and group discussion. The fertility journey can be overwhelming, confusing, and lonely. This series will provide a safe and welcoming community where you can be heard and supported. Each week we will have discussion accompanied by yoga and guided relaxation techniques. This series is for those who are not pregnant and who have struggled with getting pregnant and are still working towards pregnancy.
