Tot Yoga (children ages 16 months to 4 years)- Fly like a butterfly! Roar like a lion! Jump like a Frog! This playful class teaches yoga poses, yoga breathing, and savasana with song, animal movements, story, and games. Toddlers will learn impulse control, body awareness, locomotive skills, and ways to calm down in this fun class. Feel free to grab a coffee or tea before class or stop downstairs after class for coffee and community.
