Cornerstones of FCYKC Prenatal Yoga Training
- Empowering, Functional Movement
Movement is at the heart of our training. You’ll learn practices that strengthen the body and nourish the mind—supporting expectant parents through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey. These are movements that build confidence, stability, strength, and ease, both on and off the mat. - Community & Connection
We believe deeply in the power of community. Our training creates a space where participants feel supported, heard, and encouraged to share their wisdom. Whether you plan to teach prenatal yoga or support growing families in another role, you’ll learn how to hold space with compassion and confidence. - Whole-Body Birth Learning
Our curriculum is grounded in current research, biomechanics, and the physiology of pregnancy and birth. You’ll walk away with a solid understanding of how the pregnant body moves and works—knowledge that helps you guide expectant parents with clarity, safety, and empowerment. Our focus is upon whole body strategies.
