Geared for all experience levels, in this class you’ll learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation that support a healthy pregnancy and prepare you for labor and delivery. Designed to both offer sacred pause during this momentous moment and challenge you as you prepare your body and mind for birth. Bring Your Own Baby (BYOB):
Celebrate and nurture your beautiful partnership with your little one. This healthy, playful, and bonding yoga class is designed for parents or caregivers and their child to the age of crawling. In this forth trimester yoga class you’ll support transition from womb to world more easily. Through loving touch and movement you’ll begin sharing all the benefits that come with yoga. This class embraces your recovering body through gentle movement. You’ll appreciate the supportive community of others who are sharing in the transformative journey of parenthood.
Parent and Toddler Yoga:
This class is for little movers up to the age of 18 months and their caregivers. This class is filled with songs, movement, and games for older babies and early-walking toddlers.
Moms’ Morning Out Yoga:
Fourth Saturday of the month is dedicated to Mamas! This yoga class is an opportunity to step onto the mat for dedicated Mama-care and connect with others at all levels of the motherhood journey. Join us for flow, chat, and connection!
Kids Yoga Classes:
Yoga is something the whole family can no matter what age! Kids yoga teaches body awareness, mindfulness, and practicing the importance of being present to the moment. It helps with flexibility, coordination, endurance, reduce anxiety, and builds positive self esteem. Preschool StoryTime Yoga – age 3-5ish
It’s time to have FUN doing yoga. This class is perfect for preschoolers to work on their gross and fine motor skills while learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, calming methods, along with other mindfulness skills. Each class will include yoga, meditation, storytime, dancing, music, and games.
Social Emotional Yoga for Elementary Age Youth- K-5th
Social Emotional Yoga with Mrs. V is a curriculum-based program utilizing the practice of yoga (asana) along with CASEL Social Emotional Framework and Breathe for Change to provide social emotional learning yoga to youth. Typically a theme based craft will be completed at each session. Youth will develop skills to help with self management, relationship/community building, and mind- body connection.

This program offers a blend of practical tools and energetic support tailored to your needs. Drawing on the wisdom of fertility yoga, meditation, and somatic coaching, it’s designed to nurture both your mind and body throughout your journey and share space with others.

Chair Yoga for Seniors:
This class is offered at retirement communities and private sessions. In this gentle chair yoga class you will experience the benefits of relaxation and improved flexibility, and reduced pain. We practice postures, meditation, and breathing to support the nervous system. This class builds strength and balance and protects joints through gentle yet challenging poses. This class is an opportunity to clear your mind and create space for wellness.
