Mommy and Baby Yoga have a few simple rules
- Come as you and your baby are
- Create space for bonding with your baby and be present
- Have fun, be flexible and there’s never a need to say “I’m sorry” we’re all in this together Mamas!
- Relax
- Enjoy the community of other strong Mamas !
