Deana
M.A.E, M.A, RYT, certified in prenatal/postpartum– A wife to a patient husband, a mother to an adventurous toddler and pup, and a secondary English teacher, I love making music and messing in the kitchen, writing, reading, and spending time outdoors. My practice and teaching is rooted in the meditative style of Shambhava Hatha Yoga and I bring teaching experience from a variety of mindful classes: hatha, restorative, meditation, prenatal, postpartum, baby and toddler yoga, with special emphasis on supporting teens, educators, mothers, and families in their practice.
Miracle
BHS with a concentration on Community Health and a minor in African Studies, 200RYT with certificate in prenatal yoga – Miracle’s full time gig is working at The Children’s Place. Miracle’s passions are numerous. She loves coming to her mat for yoga and teaching yoga to others. As a doula she loves being a part of bringing new life into the world. She enjoys reading and writing poetry. Yoga brought her to the mat because of the beauty she finds in how the body moves and can adjust itself to realign as well as the absolute peace and self-love that she finds in her practice. Miracle finds joy in sharing her knowledge as a herbalist.
Rasheedah
Mrs. V is a 15-year educator, school and national board-certified counselor, provisional licensed professional counselor, certified Social Emotional Learning Facilitator with over 200 hours of Yoga training. She was inspired to teach yoga to children due to the mental health effects the pandemic left on her students. Mrs. V is a wife and mom of 5 (2 bio & 3 bonus). She enjoys yoga, being in nature, and traveling. Mrs. V also took Prenatal Yoga at Full Circle Yoga her entire pregnancy with her second child. She is so excited to teach at her favorite studio.
Emily
Emily completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through True Love Yoga in 2022 with teachers Lauren Leduc, Emily Overland, and Bri Howard. She then completed her 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher training through My Vinyasa Practice in 2023 with teachers Michelle Young and Kristiana Castillo Vuong.
Emily is a nurturer at heart; she was drawn to teach yoga because she finds it deeply rewarding to
encourage people to love themselves in the work they’re doing. In Emily’s classes, students are
encouraged to make the best choices for their bodies on a given day. They will find a heavy focus on the adventure of yoga rather than the attainment of specific postures.
